Recently visited Golden Temple from New Delhi. Its is weekend trip in the month of July, 2014. 
Before going for the trip I searched for the toll tax charges from New Delhi to Amritsar but unfortunately didn't find it, so I thought to post this info for other who may be looking for it.

1st Toll Tax from Delhi- Panipat, Rs. 30 for Single Journey
2nd Toll Tax from Delhi- Karnal, Rs. 95 for Single Journey & Rs. 158 for Multiple Journey
3rd Toll Tax from Delhi- Near Ambala, Rs. 65 for Single Journey & Rs. 95 for Multiple Journey
4th Toll Tax from Delhi- Between Ludhiana & Jalandhar, Rs. 105 for Single Journey & Rs. 165 for Multiple Journey
5th Toll Tax from Delhi- Between Ludhiana & Amritsar(Toll Plaza-1), Rs. 22 for Single Journey & Rs. 35 for Multiple Journey
6th Toll Tax from Delhi- Between Ludhiana & Amritsar(Toll Plaza-2), Rs. 22 for Single Journey & Rs. 35 for Multiple Journey
